Capto designs and builds custom Automation and AI agents for finance and adjacent departments. Rather than fitting clients into a pre-built platform, Capto develops tailored solutions that integrate with existing systems, behave like digital employees executing end-to-end workflows, and remain fully owned by the client. Capto is the trading name of Capto Limited OOD.

## What Capto does

Capto delivers three engagement types that can be combined or used independently:

- **Capto BUILD — Build AI Agents.** For organizations that already know which processes need optimizing. We scope the workflow, design the solution, and build production-ready Automation and AI integrated with existing systems. Deployment typically happens within weeks, not months.
- **Capto CONCIERGE — Maintenance and Evolution.** A flexible month-to-month support package covering improvements to existing processes, system maintenance, new development to extend solutions, and reliability and accuracy monitoring. No lock-in.

## How Capto is different

- **Custom-fit, not forced-fit.** Capto does not push a pre-built platform. Each solution is designed and developed specifically for the client's workflows, systems, processes, and standards. Every solution is fully owned by the client, including the intellectual property.
