Most of you already know how much we adore coffee meet-ups in different parts of the globe like Sofia, Budapest, Munich and many more.
Today, however, we're going to tell you a slightly different story.
Do you remember Laurie? RedBrick Accounting's one and only? 👀
As it turns out, Laurie, Lyubomir and Alexis met at Capto’s 5-year anniversary (surely you remember that). There was sushi, there was champagne, and there was a conversation that, at the time, probably didn't feel like the beginning of a client project (there is a slight chance you don't remember all of it thanks to the champagne). Looking back, though, perhaps that was a good sign for things to come.
A few conversations later, the question became much more interesting:
What could we actually build together?
There was also one rather convenient detail. Laurie operates from the same building as us at Nestwork Coworking in Bansko which means that when your client is literally a few floors away, the traditional “let's schedule a meeting” approach becomes a little less necessary.
Sometimes it's simply:
“Coffee?”
“Sure.”
“While we're at it, let's talk about that process.”
And that's exactly what we want to show you.
We've decided to take you behind the scenes of our work with RedBrick Accounting and turn the whole journey into a little RedBrick x Capto mini-series. Not the polished, everything-went-perfectly version. And not the confidential details of the actual finance process (you wish!). Instead, we're going to show you what working with Capto actually looks like - from the very first conversation all the way to production.
Over the next few weeks, we'll follow the journey step by step. We'll share the people, the conversations, the little moments, the challenges and the lessons along the way.
Because behind every “AI automation project” there are actually a lot of very human things: understanding each other, asking questions, changing your mind, solving problems and, occasionally, walking a few floors downstairs for another coffee.
And maybe that's the part that's worth showing.
So, RedBrick Accounting - thank you for the conversations and for letting us bring everyone along for the ride (and please, stop making us go up and down those stairs).
Welcome to our weekly series! 🎬
Sit comfortably, grab your popcorn, and enjoy the ride! :)
