It starts with human conversation. 🗣️

So, we had the champagne (a kind of foreshadowing, isn't it?). We had the conversations. We had the general idea of what we might be able to build together. Now it was time to understand what actually happens behind the scenes.

Here's where Laurie and Lyubomir come into the spotlight. Lyubomir – Capto’s Head of Development, professional problem-solver, and the person who will turn the 2009 excel sheets + sticky notes on your desk into a seamless AI employee. Laurie (RedBrick Accounting) - the person who actually has to live with the process we're trying to understand.

What happens first?
Who does what?
Which parts are manual?
Where are the bottlenecks?

It might sound like a lot of questions, but here's the thing: You don't need to spend weeks explaining your processes to us.
Sometimes, one focused conversation is enough to understand a task that you currently spend hours doing manually.
And that's the whole point. We're not asking questions just for the sake of asking questions. We're trying to understand the process well enough to figure out where technology can actually help.

Because we don't start with:
“Let's use AI here.”
We start with:
“What is actually happening here?”

We look at the whole picture, choose the right technology for each part, and then bring it all together. So Laurie brings the real-world process, Lyubo brings the development perspective, and together they turn:
“Here's how we currently do this”
into:
“Here's how we could stop doing this manually.”

And sometimes, that's all it takes. One conversation. One hour. One less manual task.
