Munich… or Bavaria, actually, because I learned a lot more about Bavaria itself 🇩🇪
Day 8 of the AI Motorbike Tour 🏍️

Last week, after my breakfast in Vienna 😉, I started a slow ride towards Munich.
First, I spent some time around Hallstatt, one of those “Places I want to see” saved on Google Maps for ages.
Then I stopped in Mundorf to chill with a friend and recover a bit from one full week of riding between meetings, coffees, conversations, and way too much thinking.

And finally… Munich.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Denitsa Zlatanova.
It seems Bulgaria follows me everywhere… or maybe, as we say with Bangaranga, Bulgaria is everywhere.

Another super insightful conversation.
We talked about our respective journeys to Munich, fun fact, Denitsa also passed through Vienna but of course, we quickly moved into finance, ERPs, SAP, and how systems like SAP have transformed finance over the past 20 years.
And naturally, we also discussed how AI Agents can interact with those systems and what this means for finance teams going forward.

Later that same day, thanks to Peter Steube, I met Kelly Waters, CMA, in yet another coffee place in Munich.
- At this point, I really should start counting how many coffees I have had since leaving Bansko -

This conversation was fascinating because it gave me an American perspective on how Europe is approaching finance and technology and actually, the feedback was quite positive.
We talked about what an AI Agent is really made of, the structure behind it, and I may need to patent my little drawing, inspired by Anthropic and improved meeting after meeting over the past two weeks.

Now, I am on my way to Luxembourg, with a stop in Stuttgart…
