90% of startups fail in their first 5 years. Are we doomed?

I deserve none of the credit for the +4 years that they survived before officially joining the cause, that belongs to Alexis Marchela Lyubomir and many others.

But here's why I know we'll survive the dreaded 5-year mark and much longer. The company has evolved with the market. No, this isn't just about swapping out "RPA" for "AI agents" on our website.

The demand and value for Capto's services have changed, even in the past few months, and we are adapting with it.

2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣1️⃣ till recent, conversations were primarily rooted in 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘦𝘥 and 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺:

⚡"Can you build this automation faster than me?"
⚡"How many FTE hours and cost did we save?"
⚡"Do you have a dashboard with results we can show off?"

2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣and going forward, speed and everything before is table stakes... 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆, 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸, 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, and 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is why finance departments and beyond are working with us:

🧠"Can you connect all these systems in our process?"
🧠"How many errors did we reduce/remove? What's the AI's accuracy?"
🧠"Is this a black-box? Can I audit?"
