Building a Company Is Never a Solo Game

A warm thank you to the two people who made the AI Motorbike Tour possible… And proof that I am not the only one enjoying life at Capto 😅

First of all: thank you.

To everyone I met during the AI Motorbike Tour, and to everyone who followed the journey, messaged me, commented, or simply supported from far away… it honestly felt amazing to share this adventure with you.

But today, I want to share something a bit different.

Something that reminded me why having an A-player team matters more than anything when scaling a business like Capto.

First: Peter Steube.
Peter, thank you for joining Capto in the first place, and for building such a strong community in Bulgaria and across Europe.
Because of you, I got to meet more than 20 people during this trip.
And honestly, that was my favorite part of the whole journey.
So many people were also sad not to see you on the road 😄

Then: Lyubomir Dimitrov.
This is the real insider story.
When I left for the trip, Lyubo and I had a plan. Everything was settled.
But then something unexpected happened…
Several people from our community signed up to start their first project with Capto.

And you can imagine the situation:
I was meeting people across Europe🌍 , driving the rest of the time🏍️, and not exactly sitting behind a desk every day 👀
So I had to rely fully on Lyubo.

And honestly, seeing the trio work so well together, each of us in our role, was one of the coolest parts of this whole experience.

We will announce a few of our new clients in the coming weeks, and I already want to thank them for their trust. There is never a “perfect” time to grow.
But now I can say it is tested: Capto can move even while I am on a motorbike somewhere in Europe 🏍️

So today, full credit to Peter and Lyubomir!

I am proud of the whole team, but today the spotlight is on you guys.
A lot of appreciation, a lot of motivation, and a big reminder that building a company is never a solo game.

Thank you again to everyone who shared this adventure with me.

Now I still have to drive back to Bulgaria… but this time through Southern Europe. So if you are somewhere on the way, let me know 😉
