Coming to SoftUni: “What Building I Agents Really Looks Like?” feat. Lyubomir Dimitrov

“Things take time.”

Peter told me that when he joined the team, and he was right. Building leadership is no different.
But this year, our 5th, we’re starting to see the signs. After 5 years of perfecting our craft and 150+ projects delivered, something new happened.

I’ve been invited to plenty of events in the past, including the EY CFO Forum earlier this year. But this time, for the first time, the invitation didn’t go through me.

Someone heard about Capto, reached out directly to Lyubomir Dimitrov, our Head of Dev', and asked him to show their students how we build AI Agents in practice. Not buzzwords. Real, pragmatic agents that do the work and make an impact.

And it’s SoftUni.

Since I arrived in Bulgaria, I’ve kept hearing the best about SoftUni and its students. The technical skill and experience of Bulgarian developers is one of the main reasons Capto is here 🇧🇬. Being able to give back to that same community feels like a full circle.

To be clear, this isn’t the goal. We’re still fighting for growth, and our priority is to keep helping more businesses. But seeing the team recognized on its own is exactly what looks like success to me.
