We all had different national holidays to celebrate this past weekend. In Bulgaria it was to celebrate Unification Day, USA it was Labor Day, and just about everyone was getting their final Summer parties in no matter what...

Though we enjoyed the overall slowdown and did do some celebrating of our own - some of us also worked at times - which reminded us that this a common occurrence at Capto. Not to just brag here or because we have a point to prove over other businesses, it’s just the way things have worked out.

No set office hours, remote-first, asynchronous communication, work around the clock when you need to and take a breather when you don’t... it adds up to results because the challenges we face are taken on with pleasure.
