AI, made practical: what we took away from the Belgium Bulgaria Luxembourg Business Club🤝

Our Head of Dev, Lyubomir, joined the Belgium Bulgaria Luxembourg Business Club's event “AI, Made Practical: From Technology to Human Adoption” at MELEXIS Bulgaria and came back with a few thoughts that sound very familiar to us, because they’re what we’ve been saying for a while now. 🤖

Here are the ones that stuck:
1️⃣ AI agents are genuinely useful and it pays to keep company data secure and under your own control.

2️⃣ Use AI where it matters, not in every process, because the goal is impact and not adding AI everywhere.

3️⃣ Don’t replace people with AI. If we stop growing juniors today, we may find ourselves without seniors in ten years.

The questions from the room were just as interesting as the talks and they showed how many businesses are still working out where to start with AI. That’s not a criticism, since the pace of headlines is hard to keep up with, but it’s a good reminder that practical, hands-on experience is worth sharing.
