Always had a thing for Venn diagrams. Especially ones with three elements. I've built multiple business plans, strategies, ICPs, and frameworks - - with this overlapping visual as the foundation.
It's a really simple perspective, but millions of businesses still succeed with a mere two part win-win equation, "best of both worlds" so to speak, traditional buyer demand/seller need. Yet what I like most about three elements is these are more often the companies that produce actual disruption and more meaningful outcomes, where the win-win-win is "best of all worlds" and a truly special harmony of not only give/take.
Which leads us to Capto and the state of the technology market today.
⭕SaaS businesses are no longer just about deployment, Services are an ever increasingly important layer.
⭕Services in the form of slide decks, consultant speak, and verbal judo are giving way to focus more so on the delivery of real technology and products (Saas).
⭕AI now enters the equation and permeates through it all, Services that know how to leverage and directly deliver SaaS.
We're aligning our own business for these modern realities and already sitting right in the middle of it all.
Our clients are benefitting from the "best of all worlds" harmony that our approach delivers.
Do you see the market evolving a different way? Are we positioned wrong?
