"We listen and we don't judge."

Not meant to be entirely a "told ya so" post, ok well maybe a little bit, but still hear me out.

Three or four months ago Capto was in a rut. It wasn't looking good. No new clients for basically the whole first quarter of 2026. Still plenty of conversations, nothing closed. A lot of "we have work to do in-house" is what we politely heard.

Again, not trying to sound arrogant, but things are picking up now.

In not so many words here's what happened and what we see in the frequent cases where people are returning:

😳They made progress, but couldn't get it to work 100% percent. The last few feet felt like a mile.

😳The difference between MVP and production got real. IT got involved and things got complicated.

😳Juice wasn't worth the squeeze. What entered as a supposed casual weekend of vibe coding, exited an investment way beyond scope.

😳Maintenance, optimization, and process evolution was underestimated. Like buying sports car and not realizing it needs race wheels, premium gas, and oil changes 2x as much as the family wagon.

"We listen and we don't judge".

Most are coming back because we were honest enough to lay out the risks from Day 1 but humble enough to give them the space to explore.
