Sounds very official quoted like this... because it is part of why we created Capto
I spent years fixing broken tech’ that were taking as much time maintaining than doing the work manually.

Guess what, if we would make Agents that are as hard to maintain than doing the job manually, we would lose money...

So we make it easy to maintain and yet:
1️⃣ Most client ask us a maintenance budget from the beginning...
For us as long as we have less than a few Agents running this cost us more to generate an invoice than to simply do it as part of our included human support.

2️⃣ Most tech’ people we meet are not thinking about it
I post only about this now because while talking to Lucas Böttcher this morning, we realized we share the same understanding between the way we build our AI Agents and the way much. Consulting integrates Odoo solutions.

So yeah, sounds basic, yet it still scarcity in business.
