What If Europe’s Next Tech Giant Is Growing from a Mountain Town in Bulgaria?

Last week, I thanked the team for a crazy, busy, satisfying, fruitful week...
I simply don't know what to tell them this week!

First, I have to say, I came back home after a long time touring Luxembourg, France and then Sofia... before coming back into my fav' mountain and office!

Almost not settled yet... I drove back to Sofia... No choice, The French Tech Sofia was gathering and this time, François and I did our best to welcome and shine enough light on two amazing entrepreneurs in Bulgaria:
Gergana Stancheva who enable businesses to deliver their value in the real world, with real packaging solution, but organic... yep... LAM'ON® Compostable Films... amazing meet!
Yann DELPLANCQ who shared something we don't share enough as entrepreneurs... failures. We are proud to share the amazing week ;) but never shine enough light on the fails that led us there... Thanks Yann

Then had the opportunity to meet the amazing team Vasil Levski Sofia Airport... So much ambition and positivity from them, with Capto, we are big fans and love working with them for bringing Bulgaria to the future and connect it to the world!

I thought to leave but something else happened... I will share about it this weekend... too much to say

Then back to Bansko, had chances to meet in person a new entrepreneur in town Gergana Stoichkova! Long conversation... So much happening in what I now officially name, the Bansko Valley!

All that are the fun stuff I can share here...
🪄 Add to that crazy projects being delivered... I can't count anymore (Friday hits hard with such weeks) but I think around one Agent a day... Congrats Lyubomir Dimitrov for leading the charge!
🪄 Add to that an amazing workshop with Conor Walsh and Peter Steube on how to make Capto known by more of you and frankly, keep getting more clients!
🪄 And finally 15+ meetings set with Velislava Naydenova with CFOs across Europe with a real interest for Agentic AI and how to pragmatically implement it... The dev' team isn't sleeping next week...

Well, if that's not enough we got to shine in the Капитал edition of the month... our story, why Bansko and how we are changing the way finance teams work with AI Agents.

Ok, now you understand why I don't know what to say to thank the team for this crazy work... Let's keep going... Because… what if Europe’s next tech giant is growing from a mountain town in Bulgaria? 🇧🇬🇪🇺

Have a great weekend everyone,
Alexis
P.S. if you read it all.. thank you for following and tell me what you do this weekend :)
