After discovery, development, testing, and feedback, we reach the final technical step: deployment. The process goes into production and becomes part of RedBrick Accounting’s day-to-day workflow. But there’s something important about WHAT goes into production!

This isn’t a generalized automation product with a predefined workflow that the team has to adapt to. The automation is built around RedBrick Accounting’s specific processes, systems, requirements, and the way their team actually works. It’s their workflow, personalized to their needs.

And our involvement doesn’t stop at production. With Capto CONCIERGE, we stay involved through an ongoing monthly relationship, supporting the automation as it evolves. That can mean improving an existing functionality or adding a small new one when RedBrick Accounting sees an opportunity to make the workflow even better. So, built with RedBrick, not for RedBrick. From the first conversation to production and beyond, the process remains personal, and so does the relationship.

We started this series with sushi and champagne. We’ll leave it there too.
