It’s day 2 of the month and our accounting is already closed.
I didn’t touch a single invoice. Our AI Agent did.

And it’s not even our most advanced one. It’s the one we built for our own Capto Finances.

Here’s what it did while I had my coffee ☕
📄 Collected all our Accounts Payable documents
🏦 Extracted our banking data from Revolut
🟰 Reconciled every payable against the bank
🏴🏳️ Flagged missing information, plus files it couldn’t match
💶 Prepared every invoice to send, and asked me only about the ones that needed my input
💻 Loaded everything into our dashboard and database for analysis

What that gave me back today:
✅ All accounting tasks closed
✅ Every invoice sent on day 1
✅ Highlights and guidelines shared with the team
✅ This month’s goals set
✅ Time to stay personal with each of our 31 clients (announcements coming soon 👀)
✅ …and time to write this post

This used to take me days. Now it takes 2 hours & enable me to go much deeper on each task!
