Why we are so confident...­

Sequoia claims it will be the next $1 trillion company. HFS Research says it’s a $1.5 trillion opportunity. We believe that Capto will be at the center of it all.

A quick departure from our usual humility. If someone puts together a serious ranking of the world’s top 100 AI agent service providers (not just a reviews site), we genuinely believe we’ll make the list. Maybe even near the top.

We’re seeing early signs of momentum in trust and results; new clients, expanding projects, media coverage, speaking engagements, and more.

We’ll get into why clients choose us in upcoming editions.

For now, here are five principles that are driving our company’s decision making in the right direction:

1. Aligned networking and community: Centered on Bulgaria’s talent, infrastructure, and capturing the tailwinds of a growing economy. Beyond Bulgaria, we’re a true global organization and we’re deliberately building a network of clients and peers who share our beliefs about how AI should be built and used.

2. Built the hard (right) way: We’re bootstrapped, deliberate about where we use AI ourselves, and willing to pass on overly ambitious projects when we can’t see a way to make them sustainable.

3. Healthy skepticism: We’ve seen and experienced enough to question what’s real and to hold firm beliefs on what practices need improving. That goes for alternative solutions and influencer claims - or how we approach the relationships with our team, partners, and audience - we don’t shy away from questioning how things are “normally done” and call BS when we see it.

4. People first AI: As far as we know, none of our projects has displaced anyone from their role. We’re routinely advising on the importance of human judgement in processes, delivering projects that enhance the human work experience and not replace it.

5. Bubble believers: Financial analysis, IPOs, and stock market valuations aside - we believe an AI bubble exists because we see it every day in slick demos, poorly governed DIY efforts, and promises that fall apart in production. We’ve been through multiple hype cycles and stay vigilant in building agents that can do the job they were designed for, day after day in production.
