Next week is full, but I am already thinking about one exciting call...
RECONCILIATION 🥳 One Story, one Agent and one Insight enter into a post 👀
Ok, not a joke...
One story:
Back in the days, my worst project ever was a VAT Reconciliation project... a nightmare... Each time I was re-configuring the automation... the reconciliation was never correct and with millions difference 🤯
It got bad to the point I couldn’t sleep, wanting to solve it and at some point got too tired for my marathon training... How it ended, “manually” reconciled... Still marked and making me realized I learned a lot.
One Agent:
I am about to hit the button “send” on a proposal that is exactly about Expense Reconciliation... An exciting project where I can see clearly our ROI and make the team proud, the (potential) client happy and the present more enjoyable (not a hyped project without scalable impact).
This reminded me... Reconciliation is a forever issue for CFOs in many corner of their department... so here is the insight, our 7 reconciliation use cases so far:
1️⃣ Automate month-end close account reconciliations
2️⃣ Match transactions across multiple systems
3️⃣ Reconcile VAT transactions
4️⃣ Automate expense report reconciliation matching
5️⃣ Variance analysis for financial reporting
6️⃣ Intercompany transaction reconciliation
7️⃣ Reconcile bank statements with ERP
A lot of those use case are not a year old... and some have been implemented a few times... So yeah, I am excited for the call
