We did a demo with an experienced CFO, here's what stuck...

Today we did a demo with a very experienced CFO.
Three demos... What stuck with him?

1️⃣ CFO:
“Wait… you connect to all those systems in the process?”
Us:
“Yes. Our agents connect to as many systems as needed.
Just like a human would when doing the job manually.”

2️⃣ CFO:
“So the inputs could be email, PDF, Excel, an online form…?”
Us:
“Yes. All of them.”
After hundreds of projects, we’ve basically seen it all.
Most of the time we already have the connectors built:
ERPs, emails, documents, multiple European languages…
At this point the real question is often:
Lyubomir… what haven’t we connected yet?

3️⃣ CFO:
“And once it's built… we own the code?”
Us:
“Yes, completely but interestingly, most clients still keep working with us for years. Not because they have to, because we constantly improve, widen the case and... the peace of mind of keep it up whatever happens… is worth a lot."

CFO:
“And we can talk to it?”
Us:
“Yes, but here is the funny part... AI has existed for decades. Reading documents, extracting data, making recommendations... What changed with OpenAI is simply the interface... You can now talk to the system. But the best processes?
They still run fully automated. Because reliability, security and efficiency always win. Honestly that was a special call."

This CFO isn’t a random one. You might hear more about this conversation in the coming weeks. But for now… I’m signing off after another intense week at Capto.
