What If You Could Cut Your AI’s "Fuel Consumption" by 100x?

What if right now, you could reduce your car consumption by 100 fold?
(whatever the energy source, you would do it)

Well, AI Agents on average right now are consuming 100L per 100km...
... and we reduce it to 1L per 100km.

This is literally what we realized with Lyubomir on several processes where we followed our application process.
The best part, there is no secret sauce... all is online but there are still very few applying the best practices.

Few elements:
1️⃣ Hard code what can be deterministic:
Mark Cuban talk about this in the last episode of The Diary Of A CEO
2️⃣ Focus on prompt engineering:
This one isn't new but we are continuously improving and the results are massive.
3️⃣ Follow the Anthropic structure:
They explain it best and enable your agent to be efficient per token.
4️⃣ Prioritize SLM for each step of the process:
KYC, Bookkeeping, FP&A, different jobs calls different skillset...
5️⃣ Leverage humans where they are best:
Human-in-the-loop at some level is more energy efficient (literally) than the current capabilities/consumption of frontier models.
